Whilst we make every endeavor to carry ample stock at all times, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand which can at times lead to items being out of stock for a short period of time. Most items are usually on order from the distributor and stocks are generally replenished within a week or so.
Products marked with Special Order Item usually take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Please enquire about availability before placing an order.
Pricing Policy;
All prices are in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST and subject to change without notice. By using our website, you have agreed to and accepted all our Terms and Conditions.
Shipping;
We are only accepting orders from Australian Residents for delivery within Australia. If you are an International Customer who is interested in making a purchase, please contact us via email
Freight Policy;
Supply Failure;
We will not be liable for any delay, loss or damage arising from the supply of or failure to supply service (including deterioration, misdelivers or failure to deliver goods), for any reason whatsoever including breach of contract and negligence.
Whilst our Express couriers will make every endeavor to deliver your parcel, there may be instances where a collection card will be left. Should this occur, the onus will be on the customer to arrange collection or redelivery with the courier.
Risk of Loss or Damage;
You will always bear all risk of loss or damage arising in connection with the goods, unless we have agreed to insure the parcel.
Insurance will not be included on products marked with Free Shipping or by Table Rate. If you require insurance you need to instruct us to do so on checkout.
Where we have agreed to insure the parcel we are liable to pay you only up to the limit of the agreed insurance.
If the goods purchased are insured and have been damaged or broken in transit then you must refuse to accept the order and notify us immediately.
We and any agents and subcontractors used by us have the benefit of these exclusions and limitations of liability even if any loss or damage arises for any reason whatsoever.
We do not accept redelivery charges.
Warranty Claims;
We do not cover freight expenses on warranty claims.
Refund Policy
Physical Goods
Your concern is important to us and for that reason we ask that you notify us in writing with a copy of the invoice within two days of delivery. No item shall be returned without prior agreement between the purchaser and Madwax.
In the case of faulty goods we may ask you to return the item and all damaged parts in their original packaging at your expense. All items will be refunded upon safe arrival and inspection confirming that the goods are indeed faulty or damaged. Madwax Bonus Wash Cards – Gift Cards
Bonus Wash Cards – Gift Cards may not be combined with any other wash offers or discounts.
Treat these items as if they were cash;
Unregistered Cards;
Holders of unregistered cards will lose the value of the card if lost, stolen, defaced, mutilated or altered.
Registered Cards;
For lost, stolen and damaged cards that have been previously registered online by the rightful owner, Madwax will:
replace the card add value to the new card equal to the unused amount of the card at the time of last lawful use, provided the lost or stolen card has been reported to Madwax within 24 hours of the realised loss or theft. This value will be decreased by the amount of the unauthorised card use in the time period exceeding 24 hours.
How to redeem;
Cards are not redeemable for cash.
Cards are redeemable for services at Madwax by using the card to activate Wash Depot equipment that has been fitted with Wash Card readers.
Unused value;
Unused value remains on the card and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Recharging . Additional value may be added to the cards anytime online provided the card is registered online.
Transaction liability;
The card owner is liable for all transactions on the card, except for;
Lost or theft reported within 24 hours of the event. Fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.
Gift Vouchers;
Gift Vouchers may not be combined with any other offers or discounts.
Gift vouchers are person specific and not transferable.
How to redeem;
Gift Vouchers are valid for 120 days from date of Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers that are not redeemed within that 120 day period become null and void.
Proof of identity in the form of a drivers licence and signature may be requested upon presentation of the gift voucher to Madwax Car Wash staff for redemption.
Gift vouchers are redeemable for the specified services at the Madwax.
The owner of the Gift Voucher may upgrade to other services by paying the shortfall in Gift Voucher value by cash or credit card payment.
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Unused value remains on the Gift Voucher and cannot be redeemed for cash but can be exchanged for other services.
